The Guilford Bed & Breakfast

Innkeepers: Harry and Lynn Anderson

The Guilford Bed & Breakfast is a lovely turn-of-the-century post-Victorian home, located in Central Maine on the Moosehead Trail. We are just minutes away from lakes, rivers, and mountains. The Appalachian Trail, Moosehead Lake, Squaw Mountain, and many challenging golf courses are all nearby. We are a great destination for both the vacationer, antique shopper and business traveler.

Over the years our home has been beautifully maintained and restored. The grand stairway leads to bay-windowed bedrooms of cozy elegance. Enjoy an evening by the fire in the living room or snuggle into an over stuffed chair with a book or movie in the paneled library. A full gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room, or in fair weather, on the screened wrap-around porch. Lunch and dinner are available with advance notice.

Outside, enjoy over 2 acres of shaded lawns and perennial gardens. Adirondack chairs under a canopy of apple trees invite you to relax with lemonade and a good book.

We are happy to cater family and business events. From small dinner parties to large receptions - we can accommodate up to 125 guests.

We look forward to your stay with us.
